Want to make those body waves more fluid? Smooth out your hip rolls and strengthen your shimmy? Belly dancing is a low impact workout great for any fitness level. This class will include lots of drills and combinations to work your entire body, with emphasis on the torso and hips. Classes will include a warm up and shimmy workout, as well as isolation drills, combos, prop work, and choreography.
