Bringing pole fitness to the floor, we will roll, grind, bump, and flex. Learn to move from one pole to the other with style and grace. Maneuver around the room—from the wall to the floor to the pole and back again!
Heels, knee pads, leg warmers, and socks are recommended but not required.
