In this workshop you will learn conditioning exercises you can do at home to strengthen your pole muscles. You will also learn on and off the pole handstand techniques. Some of the exercise you will see in this workshop include:
    Headstand and Hand stand on and off the Pole, Twisted grip handstand, and Wall Handstand.
Conditioning exercises demonstrated will be able to be done in your home without any equipment. There will also be some exercises shown that use equipment you can purchase.
