45 minutes of on the pole conditioning! If you are looking to get stronger, train harder, reach your goals, and level up, this is the class you can't miss. Class begins with a warm up and consists of circuit training, drills, and targeted exercise that will build the muscles needed for core pole fundamentals. This class is all level appropriate.
