Ready to nail that chopper? Not quite tush over tea kettle? Tobin is here to help! The "chopper" or inverted straddle is a tricky yet important part of pole fundamentals. After a warm up students will spend time learning engagement for all muscles used in inverting from shoulders to toes. Students will continue with conditioning exercises both off and on the pole, followed by practicing the real thing standing or aerially. This is a multi-level workshop designed for advanced beginners up to students who are ready to aerially invert. Water, yoga mat, and pole clothes are all you need!
