To get the most out of this class, students dress comfortably and keep an open mind. Heels and knee pads are strongly recommended, though you can do the class in socks if you don’t want to wear heels. We will be sliding on the floor a lot so long sleeves and pants can be helpful.What you can expect in my Slow Low Flow class: After a floorwork warm up, we will work on some floorwork fundamentals like shoulder rolls, inchworms, leg play, and their attendant variations.Then, we will learn a 45 to 60 second slow low flow sequence. We’ll review it a few times together, getting to the point where we feel 50/50 about it. Then, we’ll flow through the sequence to different songs to see how the sequence changes when we dance to different music. Please bring your favorite slow and sexy song suggestions! This class is capped at 6 to ensure a 1:1 student to pole ratio.What you should not expect in my Slow Low Flow class: Hardstyle, aerial tricks, or ongoing choreography.
