Pole Splits: (60 min) In this class "It's all in the hips!" We will be split training with conditioning and flexibility as well as exploring leggy split moves on the pole. {Level 2 - be comfortable in a climb and inverts}. Bring your sexy heels to make those legs even longer! (heels not required)
