This class is perfect for students who are comfortable in leg hangs and aerial transition, all the way up to working on ayesha and handsprings. Class will begin with a full body warm up, followed by appropriate conditioning exercises. Next, students will learn tricks, moves, and/or choreography with variations suitable to their pole experience. Class ends with a cool down fit for all.
Prerequisites include leg hangs, solid climbing skills, comfort on spin pole, dragon fly, genie, jasmine, brass sit, and split grip.
