This class is perfect for brand new students all the way up to students who are working on leg hangs.  Class will begin with a full body warm up, followed by appropriate conditioning exercises. Next, students will learn tricks, moves, and/or choreography with variations suitable to their pole experience. Class ends with a cool down fit for all. 
There are no prerequisites for this class.
