Twerk, jiggle, shake, clap!
Booty up to this workshop and learn all the fundamentals shakin' what ya mama gave ya! You will begin with a cardio warm up and head into a glute and leg focused conditioning circuit. After we put in werk its time to twerk. Various twerking techniques will be broken down in heels and sneakers or boots. Skills will be taught on and off the pole so please bring knee pads. Cool down will be a slow flow full of booty accentuating photo poses!
