Class will consist of a brief warmup before diving into specific tricks. We will break down both on and off body movements and discuss what size hoops are easiest for each. After spending time on individual tricks, we’ll go over transitions and string together a sequence. There will be time at the end of class to take videos of the choreo taught or freestyle with what you’ve learned!
