Beginner poler? Pole-curious? This entry-level class focuses on strength building and pole fundamentals such as climbing, inversion preps, muscle development and stretching. If dancing is not your primary focus, Pole 1 conditioning is a great way to exercise and tone while feeling comfortable on the pole. Build confidence in what your body can accomplish and prepare yourself for your pole adventure!
