In this class, we will focus on floorwork basics including, but not limited to: Shoulder Rolls, Inchworms, Bad Kitties, and Crawls, as well as floor to pole transitions. Low Flow sequences will utilize spins and transitions used in Pole 1, including but not limited to: Dip Turn, Pirouettes, and Body Waves. To be successful in Beginner Floorwork and Low Flow, students should be comfortably dressed. Wear knee pads and leggings. Heels are encouraged but not required; socks should be worn in lieu of heels to protect the feet.
