Take your training to new heights with aerial hoop aka Lyra! Students will begin class with a full body warm up that leads into conditioning exercises that will compliment the muscles needed for this apparatus. Fundamentals taught in class include learning how to enter and mount the hoop, tricks under and inside the hoop, and combinations. Leggings are recommended. This class is perfect for beginners but all levels welcome.
